Object: This document sets out the terms and conditions under which the holiday home "La Noce" is rented out to tenants for short-term periods.
Booking and Payment: The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has paid a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the stay.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire balance shall remain with the owner.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay, less any damages or additional expenses.
Number of Guests: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated without prior agreement with the owner.
House Rules: Guests undertake to respect the house rules and to keep the property in good condition.
Domestic Animals: Pets are only allowed by prior agreement with the owner.
Smoke: Smoking is forbidden inside the property.
Length of Stay: The minimum and maximum stay is specified on the website and in the booking notices.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the property is situated.
